The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On setting up an Ad Hoc Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate the Facts of Delivery of Ukrainian Military Equipment to Georgia accompanied by Violations of Ukrainian Legislation and International Law"

Pursuant to the Resolution, an Ad Hoc Inquiry Panel "should investigate the circumstances of delivery of Ukrainian military equipment to the territory of Georgia in order to ascertain the facts of violation of Ukrainian legislation and abuse of power by the officials", and secure that the State Budget of Ukraine receives relevant funds.

A relevant Draft Resolution (№3359) was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
